EZproxy Outage Mitigated
On Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 5:00 AM, the centrally-hosted EZproxy servers were unexpectedly unavailable. The Central Office instance remained available while OLS and CIS worked to resolve the service disruption affecting the campuses' EZproxy servers.
On Sunday, April 30, 2023, at 8:20 AM, all centrally-hosted EZproxy servers came back online. OLS and CIS are continuing to work together to understand the root cause of the outage and put safeguards in place to prevent it from happening again.
